Jord van der Lugt

Jord (4 September 1993) was born in Velsen and grew up in Wijchen. After various workplaces in the kitchen to gain experience, he studied at the Rooi Pannen in Tilburg to become a Horeca Entrepreneur Manager. During this training the passion for the chef profession grew quickly and the training for Cook was also completed. He completed his internships with, among others, Arola in the Ritz Carlton Barcelona, where they were introduced to molecular cuisine, and restaurant de Molen (*) in Kaatsheuvel. In 2012 he became Student Chef of the Year.
After studying at the Rooi Pannen, he started studying International Hotel Management in Breda, and in the meantime continued to work in kitchens of various levels. In 2015 he became Tabasco's Hottest Chef. At the moment Jord is translating his culinary creativity through Chef to You.

Dominique van der Lugt - Krantz

Dominique (March 30, 1995) was born and raised in Kampen.
Through her parents' versatile hospitality business, she was taught the passion for the hospitality industry from an early age. She chose to study International Hospitality Studies at the Deltion College in Zwolle. During this training she completed several leading internships at Hilton Hotels in the Netherlands and abroad, where her passion for hospitality grew. Dominique is a hospitality woman pur sang, and continues where someone else stops. She always strives to create a special experience for our guests. Personal and Professional, are the words that typify her style.
